Enjoy a beautiful new duplex ***, 2 to 4 people, at the foot of the ski slopes and the GR5, 200m from the mountain bike trails.
20m² south-facing terrace with a view of the Alsace plain, Black Forest, and Alps!

Bike wash areaEquipped kitchen with dishwasher; wifi and TV, comfortable 140cm sofa bed, dining room for 4Mezzanine: bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail; bedroom with 160cm bedThe spaceThe living room is very functional, and the covered terrace offers an additional space on sunny days.Upstairs are the bedroom with a 160cm double bed and the shower room with toilet, as well as a small cozy reading area.
The convertible sofa in the living room easily unfolds to reveal a real 140cm double bed!

Important information! 
Phone and TV:If you have a Free 5G plan on your phone, that's perfect! 
You can share your connection with the television.
But we are in the mountains and outside of this plan, the 4G network is quite difficult to catch...For the TV, thanks to the 5G router, you can bring your laptop to connect to the TV (cable provided here) simplifying and speeding up connections!
The municipality is doing what is necessary for fiber optics, but in the meantime, thank you for your understanding!
In the basement of the establishment is the ski/bike room, with an electrical outlet for recharging.
As of February 1, 2024, the accommodation is brand new, please take care of it!!
